The event is held with the Government of the Primorsky Krai support and the Governor personal participation. NEVA-International and the Government of Primorsky Krai signed the cooperation agreement. The parties deal to jointly prepare and hold the event. It will be held every two years in Vladivostok on the FEFU campus.
